NIGEL BOONHAM SCULPTURE: DIANA, PRINCESS OF WALES

   


Bronze 63cms h, unique: Commissioned for The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Queens Square, London. The Princess gave the sculptor ten sittings at Kensington Palace to make the portrait and unveiled the bronze at the Hospital in 1992 (see below for unveiling and original plaster). The sculptor is now working on a maquette for a 3m Diana memorial statue proposed for London.
